About Scan & Snap

Scan & Snap is an online tool that collects the photos guests take at an event into one private album. Guests scan a QR code and upload from their phone, with no app or account.

Why it exists

After any wedding or party, the best photos are spread across dozens of phones, and asking for them rarely works. Most people won't install an app or join a group just to share a few pictures. So we built something that opens in a phone's browser and takes a few taps.

Based in Ireland, hosted in the EU

We're based in Ireland, and albums are stored on our own servers in the EU. See our privacy policy for how photos and personal data are handled.

How we make money

You can use Scan & Snap free for up to 50 photos. We earn money when hosts choose a one-off paid plan for a bigger event: see pricing. There are no subscriptions and no adverts, we don't sell data, and we don't use tracking cookies.

Being straight with you

Scan & Snap is a new service, so we don't have a wall of reviews to show you yet. You can try it for free, with no sign-up, before you decide. If another option suits you better, we'll say so: see our comparison of free apps.
