How it works

  1. Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
  2. Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
  3. Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
  4. See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.

What you get

From your dashboard, choose Print table cards. You can print four A6 table cards on an A4 page, or a single A4 poster for the entrance or the bar. Each one shows your event's name, your QR code, a short instruction and the album's web address, for anyone who'd rather type it. It's all included on the free plan.

Want your own design?

Download your QR code as a PNG from the dashboard and add it to your own stationery, a Canva design or your invitations. Here's some wording you can copy. Make sure the code stays at least 3cm wide, with some clear space around it.

Printing tips

Matt card is easier to scan than glossy, particularly under bright lights. Print one first and scan it from across a table with a phone, and then print the rest. If you're using a print shop, send the image as a PNG, at its full size, so it stays sharp.

Questions

Can I change the wording on the table cards?

The cards use your event's name and standard wording. For your own wording, download the QR code as a PNG and add it to your own design.

Do the cards cost anything?

No. You can print as many as you like on any plan, including the free one.
