Create album

How it works

You create an album, put its QR code where guests will see it, and guests upload photos from their phone's browser. Everything lands in one private album you can browse. Paid plans add videos, a live slideshow and a ZIP download.

  1. Create your event

    Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.

  2. Share the QR code

    Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.

  3. Guests scan and upload

    They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.

  4. See every photo in one place

    Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.

For the host

Give your event a name and date. You get a private dashboard link (bookmark it), a guest link, and a QR code you can download or print as ready-made table cards.

From the dashboard you can watch photos arrive, delete anything you don't want, choose whether guests can browse the album, and download every photo in one ZIP on a paid plan.

For guests

Guests point their phone camera at the QR code and tap the link. The upload page opens in Safari or Chrome. They can add their name, pick as many photos and videos as they like, and watch them upload. If the Wi-Fi drops, the upload resumes from where it stopped.

What happens to the photos

Each photo is turned into a fast web version and a thumbnail, with location data removed. On Event Pro and Big Event the full original file is kept too, so your ZIP download is at the quality the guest's phone captured. Free albums are deleted after 7 days; paid albums are kept for a year.
