Free wedding QR code for photos
Your guests will take photos all day: the candid laughs, the dance floor, the moments your photographer never sees. Put a QR code for wedding pictures on every table and get all of them in one album.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.

Why couples use a QR code instead of a hashtag
Wedding hashtags only catch the photos people choose to post publicly, and Instagram compresses them. WhatsApp groups get messy, and half your guests aren't in them. With a QR code, every guest uploads straight from their camera roll into one private album. You get the original photos, not screenshots, and nothing is posted publicly unless you want it to be.
How it works on the day
Create your album in under a minute and print the free QR table cards. Guests scan the code with their phone camera, add their name if they like, and pick what to upload: photos on any plan, and videos on Event Pro or Big Event. Uploads resume where they stopped if the venue Wi-Fi drops. On the Big Event plan you can show new photos live on a screen at the reception as they arrive.
After the wedding
Guests can keep adding photos after the wedding, when they finally have time to go through their camera roll: for 7 days on a free album, or a year on a paid one. When you're back from the honeymoon, a paid plan lets you download everything in one ZIP at full quality, ready for your album, your parents, or your thank-you cards.
Where to put the QR code
The best spots are table cards at the reception, a sign at the entrance or the bar, the back of your order of service, and your invitation or wedding website. Ask your MC to mention it during the speeches, so everyone knows it's there. Need the words? Use our free wedding QR code sign wording.
Questions
Is 50 free photos enough for a wedding?
For a small wedding, it might be. It depends on your guest numbers and how visible the QR code is. You can start free and upgrade from your dashboard if you need more: Event Pro and Big Event have no photo limit.
Can guests upload videos of the first dance and speeches?
Yes, on Event Pro and Big Event. Videos stay online for a year at their original quality, and you can download them all in one ZIP to keep.
Can I approve photos before guests see them?
You can set the album to upload-only, so guests can add photos but not browse them, and you can delete anything from your dashboard at any time.
