How it works

  1. Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
  2. Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
  3. Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
  4. See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.

Where to put the code
The welcome desk, every event's tables, the invitation and the family WhatsApp group.
Create it

Wording you can copy for your sign

Be part of our story. Scan this code at any of our events and add your photos and videos. There's nothing to install, and it works for family abroad too.

A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

One album or one for each event?

One album keeps things simple, as guests only need one code for the whole wedding. If you want the sangeet and the reception kept apart, create a separate album for each one, with its own code. That means a separate plan for each album, so one Big Event album, sorted afterwards, is the simpler and cheaper choice.

Think about video

Baraat and dance floor videos are the ones people will want, and they use far more space than photos. Big Event has 20 GB in total, and each video can be up to 1 GB. With hundreds of guests, ask people to share their best clips rather than everything. It's worth downloading the ZIP after each big day, so you always have a copy.

For relatives abroad and elders

There's no app or account, and the upload page runs in the browser, so family abroad can open the link and add to the album from wherever they are. Younger cousins can help elders add photos. The page itself is currently in English, so a simple translated sign can help if some guests would prefer that.

Questions

Can we use it across several venues?

Yes. The code isn't tied to a place. It opens the same album wherever it's scanned, so it works across a home, a temple and a hotel.

What if the signal is bad at the venue?

Uploads go in small pieces and carry on when the connection returns, as long as the guest keeps the page open. Guests can also add photos later, from home.
