The service

Scan & Snap lets a host create an event album that guests can upload photos and videos to through a link or QR code. Hosts are responsible for who they share the link with and for the content in their album.

Acceptable use

Don't upload anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or content that sexualises minors, harasses people, or infringes copyright. We remove illegal content and report it where the law requires, and we may suspend albums used for abuse. To report content, email us with the album link.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are one-off payments for a single event, processed by Stripe. There's no subscription and nothing renews automatically. If something isn't working for your event, contact us within 14 days of paying and we'll fix it or refund you.

Storage and deletion

Free albums are kept for 7 days and paid albums for one year, then deleted with all their photos. Download anything you want to keep before then. We take care to keep your photos safe, but please keep your own copy: we can't be liable for loss of data beyond the amount you paid.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Uploads may be paused temporarily if storage limits are reached.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes won't apply to events you've already paid for.
