If you're organising for a group of young people, follow your school or club's photo policy and tell people how the album will be used. Set the album to upload-only so only organisers can browse it, and remove anything you need to. Albums aren't public, and location data is removed from shared copies.

Questions
Can several organisers manage one album?
The dashboard is opened by a private link rather than a login, so you can share it with a trusted co-organiser. Anyone with that link can manage the album, so keep it to people you trust.
Can we show photos on a screen on the night?
Yes, on Big Event. New photos appear on a live slideshow you can put on any TV or projector.
