Every photo from the prom or the debs, in one place
Getting ready, photos on the stairs, the dance floor and the chipper at 3am. Everybody has different shots, and a shared album is how you get them all.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Free holds 50 photos, which a whole year group will fill quickly. Event Pro (€29 once) splits easily between friends, and adds videos.
- Album setting
- Guests can browse for adults, or upload-only if under-18s are attending and a committee is checking photos.
- Where to put the code
- Posters at the venue, the committee's group chat and the ticket email.
- Create it
- In the same week on free, or when tickets go on sale on a paid plan.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Debs 2027! Add your photos to the year's album. Scan with your camera, with no app needed. Be sound: only upload photos people would be happy with.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

Who's in charge of it
Choose one person, ideally a member of the committee or a teacher, to hold the dashboard link. That's the person who can delete a photo if someone asks. There's no approval queue, so whoever manages it needs to look through them. It's worth saying at the start that any photo will be removed on request, no questions asked.
If some of the group are under 18
Proms and debs often mix ages. Choose upload-only until an adult has looked through it, then turn browsing on if you want the whole year to see. Our terms ban sexualised content involving minors, and we remove illegal content and report it where required by law. Tell everyone that before the link goes out.
Bad signal at the hotel
A hall packed with hundreds of phones can slow down mobile data. That's fine: uploads go in small pieces and carry on if the connection drops. Guests can also add photos when they're home, as long as the album's open. That's another reason not to rely on a free album you created a week earlier.
Questions
Can the whole year share one album?
Yes. Everyone uses the same link and code, as there's no limit on how many people can add photos. Check the photo limit on your plan: 50 on free, and unlimited on a paid plan up to the storage cap.
Who pays?
Whoever holds the dashboard link can pay from there. It's one payment for the event, and there's no subscription.
