Then and now: one album for your class reunion
Twenty-five years later, nobody's on the same app. A link and a QR code are all your classmates need to add photos, both from the reunion and from back in the day.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Event Pro (€29 once) so people have a year to add photos, with a ZIP at the end. Big Event (€59 once) adds a live slideshow.
- Album setting
- Guests can browse. Half the fun is spotting each other.
- Where to put the code
- Name badges, the welcome desk and the reunion invitation email.
- Create it
- When you send invitations, on a paid plan, so old photos can come in first.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Class of '99: got any old photos? Add them now, and tonight's too. Scan with your camera, with no app or sign-up.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.
See what you and your guests get

Get people talking before the night
Send the link in your first email and ask for one photo from your school days. It costs nobody any effort, and it also reminds people to come. By the night itself, you'll have a slideshow ready to go, with hairstyles to laugh at.
Make it easy for people who've moved away
Not all of your classmates will make it, especially those living abroad. Those who can't come can open the album from wherever they are, without an account, see how it went and add old photos of their own.
Add names as you go
There's a name box on the upload page. Ask people to use it, so you know who sent what. A 25-year-old photo can be hard to place, and asking 'who's that next to Dave?' in the room on the night is half the fun. Once it's over, a paid plan lets you download the lot and pass a copy to the next reunion's organiser.
Questions
Can I add scanned yearbook photos?
Yes, as long as you're comfortable sharing them with the group. Standard image files, like JPEG and PNG, are fine. Remember the album is for private sharing, and a yearbook publisher may hold its copyright.
How do people find the album if they lose the link?
Put the link in your reunion emails and any Facebook group, so it's easy to find. The QR code on the night opens the same album.
