QR code photo sharing lets guests add their photos to one album by scanning a code with their phone camera. They don't need an app or an account: the upload page opens in their browser. Scan & Snap gives you the QR code photo album and printable table cards for free, for up to 50 photos. We're based in Ireland, and albums are hosted in the EU.
How to collect photos from guests with a QR code

Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their normal phone camera and the upload page opens in their browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create, so there's nothing standing between a guest and sharing a photo.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It works in Safari, Chrome and every modern mobile browser. iPhone HEIC photos are converted automatically, so everyone in the gallery sees them without any extra steps.
Is it really free?
Yes. A free event includes a QR code, printable table cards and up to 50 photos, kept online for 7 days, with no sign-up and no card. Upgrade to Event Pro (€29) or Big Event (€59) for unlimited photos, videos, full resolution, a ZIP download and a year of storage. You pay once per event, with no subscription.
Who can see the photos?
Only people with your event link. You choose whether guests can browse the album or only upload to it. Albums are never public or listed anywhere, and location data is removed from shared copies.
Can I download all the photos at the end?
Yes. On Event Pro and Big Event you can download every photo and video in one ZIP file at full original quality.
