An album for your team day or company offsite

Most of the value of a team day is in the people and the moments between activities. A shared album gives you something to look back on, and a photo challenge gets it started.

Free for up to 50 photos, kept for 7 days from creation. Upgrade for unlimited photos and videos.

No sign-up needed. By creating an album you agree to our Terms of Use.

Advanced settings (optional)

How it works

  1. Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
  2. Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
  3. Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
  4. See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.

Wording you can copy for your sign

Team day photos go here. Scan or tap the link, and add yours. No app or login. These stay within the team unless we ask you first.

A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

Run it as a team challenge

Split people into mixed teams and give each one a photo scavenger hunt list. Ask each team to put its name in the name box when uploading, so you can score them afterwards. It works just as well in a city, a hotel or a field, and it gets people who don't normally work together talking.

Use the photos, but ask first

Team day photos can go into your internal newsletter, recruitment pages and LinkedIn. That's a good reason to tell people before you take them, and to let anyone say no. Keep the album upload-only if you're planning on using them outside the team, and delete the album after you've taken what you need.

Remote and hybrid teams

If your team is spread across offices, a single link lets each location add to one album. It can also be a light shared activity for a remote team: ask everyone to add a photo of their desk, a pet or their view. On a paid plan, you can leave it open for the year.

Questions

Does IT need to approve anything?

There's nothing to install, since it runs in a phone's browser. Some companies still have rules on using outside services for work photos, so it's best to check yours.

Can we use it for several offices at once?

Yes. The link and code aren't tied to a location, so everyone adds to the same album. Or you can create one for each office.
