Crowdsource attendee photos at your conference
Your photographer covers the keynote. Your attendees cover everything else. A code on the lanyards gets their shots of booths, panels and the networking hour into one place.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Big Event (€59 once) for a live slideshow and 20 GB. Use a separate album for each event.
- Album setting
- Upload-only, so your marketing team can review everything before use.
- Where to put the code
- Lanyards, the holding slide between sessions, coffee stations and the event app or email.
- Before the doors open
- Add a photo notice at registration, and test the code on the venue's actual screen.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Share your view of the event. Scan to upload your photos. We may use them in our event coverage. Add your name for a credit.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

What it's good for
You'll get real, candid material: crowd shots, full rooms, booth traffic and people meeting. That's useful for post-event recaps, sponsor reports and next year's sales page, and it's a good complement to your event photographer. It's not a replacement for professional coverage of keynotes and sponsor moments.
What it isn't
This is one simple album, not an event platform. There's no attendee login, face search, per-session gallery or custom branding, and there's no approval queue, though upload-only gets you most of the way. Each album has a storage cap of up to 20 GB. For a small or medium conference, that's often plenty. A large trade show may need specialist software, and we'd rather you knew that now.
Privacy for EU events
Albums are hosted in the EU, and shared copies have location data removed. Under GDPR, you're normally responsible for how you use attendees' images, so tell them at registration and give them a way to opt out. Our event photo notice guide has wording you can adapt.
Questions
Can we show photos on a screen between sessions?
Yes, on Big Event. The live slideshow opens in a browser, and you can run it full-screen on any TV or projector. New uploads appear as they arrive, without an approval step, so have someone keep an eye on it.
Can we use our branding?
Not yet. Albums use your event's name and the standard Scan & Snap design. You can download the QR code as a PNG and add it to your own signs and slides.
