A private album for your Christmas party photos
The office party, the family get-together or the club's night out: a quick QR code on the table gets every photo into one album, and it can stay private to the people who were there.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Free for a small team or family night (50 photos, 7 days). Big Event (€59 once) for a live slideshow on the venue's screen.
- Album setting
- For work, upload-only is the safe choice, so you can check photos before anyone browses.
- Where to put the code
- Tables, the bar and the party's calendar invite.
- Create it
- In the week of the party on the free plan, or at booking on a paid plan.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Merry Christmas! Scan to add your photos from tonight to the party album. There's no app, and we won't share them outside the company.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

The office party needs a bit of thought
Photos from the Christmas party can travel a long way, and not everyone wants theirs on the company's LinkedIn. Start in upload-only mode. Choose one person to look through the album the next day and delete anything unsuitable, then turn on browsing if you'd like people to see them. Tell staff in advance if any photos may be used in internal or public comms.
Quick to set up in the busy season
If you're organising the party on top of everything else, this takes a minute: no account or card, and you can print table cards straight from your dashboard. Print one and try scanning it first, particularly under dim lights or Christmas-tree glare. Matt paper is easier to scan than gloss. See what size to print it.
Make it a game
A photo scavenger hunt works well at Christmas: the best festive jumper, the whole team around the tree, someone asleep by 9pm. It gets people talking across departments, and it gets photos into the album. Offer a small prize for the best set.
Questions
Can the company pay by invoice?
Payment is by card through Stripe, which gives you a receipt. Email hello@scanandsnap.com if your finance team needs anything else.
Will the photos be public?
No. The album isn't listed anywhere, and only people with the link can open it. In upload-only mode, only the organiser can see the photos.
