Get every photo from the birthday party
An 18th, a 40th, or a surprise 60th: the birthday person is the one person who can't take the photos. A QR code gets them everyone else's.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Free for a smaller party (50 photos, 7 days). Event Pro (€29 once) for videos of the speech and dance floor, and a ZIP.
- Album setting
- Guests can browse. Use upload-only if you're saving photos for a surprise.
- Where to put the code
- The cake table, the bar, and the invitation if you're on a paid plan.
- Create it
- Within a few days of the party on the free plan, as the 7 days start when you create it.
Wording you can copy for your sign
It's Sarah's big night. Help her remember it! Scan with your camera and add your photos. There's no app to download.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.
See what you and your guests get

A present that takes one minute
If you're organising a party for someone else, an album is a surprisingly good gift. The person whose birthday it is gets photos taken from every side of the room, including ones of them they'd never have seen. Print a few of the best for a card or a frame afterwards.
The 'photos through the years' trick
For a milestone birthday, ask family and old friends to add a throwback photo ahead of time. Send the link a couple of weeks before, on a paid album so it doesn't expire. On the night, the Big Event live slideshow can run through them on a TV, with new photos appearing as guests add them.
Choosing between free and paid
A free album is enough for a family dinner or a small house party. For a hall or hotel with a DJ, 50 photos may go fast. You can start free and upgrade from your dashboard, even on the night, and keep everything collected so far, though photos added before you upgrade stay at web size. Once a free album reaches its limit, guests can't add more until you upgrade.
Questions
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Create the album yourself, keep it upload-only, and share the link only with the other guests. Nothing appears anywhere public.
Does it work for a kids' party?
It works for adults at a kids' party, such as parents sharing photos. It's a good idea to tell the other parents, and to keep the link within the group.
