A photo album of a whole career for a retirement send-off
Decades of work nights, team photos and bad haircuts are sitting on people's phones. One link collects them, without anyone setting up an account.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Big Event (€59 once) if you want a live slideshow during the party. Event Pro (€29 once) for the album and ZIP.
- Album setting
- Upload-only until the party if it's a surprise. Then switch on browsing so everyone can see it.
- Where to put the code
- An email to colleagues in advance, and the tables on the night.
- Create it
- Three or four weeks before, on a paid plan, so people have time to dig out old photos.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Joan's retiring after 31 years! Got a photo with her? Old or new, scan here and add it to her album. No app, and no account.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

Start weeks ahead
The best material takes time to find. Email former colleagues and ask for anything from the early days: team nights out, office moves and photos taken before anyone had a camera phone. Keep the album upload-only until the party, so the person retiring can't peek if the link reaches them.
Ask for a story with the photo
Asking people to put their name in the box when they upload helps the person retiring recognise who sent what. Stories are best gathered separately, by email or a card, as the album stores photos and videos. A short video message from someone who's already left the company can be the highlight of the night, so ask for those too.
Check before you share at work
This is a friendly, private album, but if your company wants to use any photos publicly, on the intranet or on LinkedIn, ask the people in them first. For a formal setup, see our event photo notice.
Questions
How do I give the album to them afterwards?
Share the guest link so they can browse it from home, or download the ZIP from a paid plan and use it to print a book or fill a digital frame.
Can former colleagues outside the company add photos?
Yes. Anyone with the link can add photos, and there's no company login. Only share it with people you trust.
