Photo sharing for church and parish events
Parish fêtes, anniversaries, retreats and mission trips: the photos are all on members' phones, and nobody has the time to collect them by hand. A QR code does it for you.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Free for a one-off coffee morning. Event Pro (€29 once) for a bigger event, with full quality and a ZIP for the newsletter.
- Album setting
- Upload-only is the sensible default, so a volunteer can check photos before anyone browses.
- Where to put the code
- The parish newsletter, the notice board and the welcome table.
- Create it
- In the same week on free. A paid album is better for anything printed well ahead.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Were you at the parish fête? Share your photos: scan with your phone camera. They'll be seen by parish volunteers, and we'll ask before using any of them publicly.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.
See what you and your guests get

Protecting children and vulnerable adults
If children will be in the photos, follow your parish or diocese safeguarding policy first. Choose upload-only, so other guests can't see the photos, and appoint a volunteer to check them. There's no approval queue, so this is the right way to review. Get permission before anything goes in a bulletin, on a website or on social media.
Newsletter and website content, without the chasing
One event can supply months of parish communications. A volunteer can open the album, choose a few photos, and pass them on. Choose a paid plan if you want the originals for printing, as a free album stores photos at web size, which is ideal for a website but may look soft in print.
Long trips and retreats
A mission trip or a pilgrimage may cover several days and several countries. Share the link before you leave, and people can add photos whenever they have Wi-Fi. A paid album keeps them available for a year, in time for your trip reunion or report back.
Questions
Can we take photos during services?
That's for your church to decide. Many ask people not to photograph during worship. Put the code at the door or at the social event afterwards.
Can several volunteers manage the album?
Yes. There's no login, just a private dashboard link. Anyone you give that link to can manage the album, so share it carefully.
