Guest QR albums for wedding photographers
If a couple asks about guest photo QR codes, it helps to have an answer ready. They aren't competing with your work. They're catching the angles you can't be at.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Event Pro (€29 once per wedding), kept separate from your own client gallery.
- Who holds the dashboard
- The couple. You're the photographer, not the album's moderator.
- Where to put the code
- Tables and the bar, and not during the ceremony, where you want phones away.
- What to tell the couple
- This is for the guests' view of the day. Your gallery remains the record of it.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Our photographer's got the big moments. You've got the rest! Scan with your camera to add your photos. Please keep your phone down during the ceremony.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

How it helps you on the day
A clear place for guests' photos gives you a nice way to ask for something in return: phones down during the ceremony. Couples can say 'put your photos in the album later, and enjoy this bit'. Printing that on the sign helps to prevent the aisle full of raised phones that gets into your shots.
A package extra, if you want one
Some photographers offer a guest album as an add-on or an included extra. With a one-off €29 cost, it's simple to include. It can also be a useful thing to mention in your consultation. We don't offer a white-label or photographer account right now, so the album shows the standard Scan & Snap design, not your own brand.
Keep the galleries separate
Your professional gallery should stay separate. Guest photos are a mix of styles and qualities, and couples won't mistake them for your edit if they arrive in a different place at a different time. If you do use a guest's photo for your own marketing, remember that the guest owns the copyright, so ask them first.
Questions
Does this replace a wedding photographer?
No. Guests' phones can't replace a professional's planning, lighting and editing. A guest album adds what you can't be present for, like what's happening at table 12.
Can I upload my own photos to the album?
You can, in the same way as a guest. We'd keep your finished gallery in your own delivery system, because that's built for it.
