QR guest photo albums for wedding planners
When a couple asks how to collect guest photos, this is a quick way to say yes: one album per wedding, with printable cards and nothing for you to look after afterwards.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Event Pro (€29 once per wedding), or Big Event (€59 once) if the couple wants a live slideshow.
- Who holds the dashboard
- Hand the private dashboard link to the couple after the wedding, and they own the album from then on.
- Where to put the code
- Table plan, place cards, bar and order of service. You know the room better than anyone.
- When to set it up
- When stationery goes to print, on a paid plan. Free albums only last 7 days from creation.
Wording you can copy for your sign
Aoife & Cian would love to see the day through your eyes. Scan with your camera to add your photos and videos. No app needed.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

How it fits your packages
Create the album, upgrade it, and include the cost in your fee or pass it straight on. It's a one-off payment per wedding, so there's no subscription to justify in a quiet month. It gives you a simple answer when a couple asks which tool to use. Before you offer it to clients, run one through at a real event, so you've seen it work.
What it doesn't do yet
We don't offer planner accounts, a client list, reseller pricing or white-label branding at the moment. Each album is managed through its own private link, so you'll need to keep track of those yourself. A simple spreadsheet works fine. If you're doing enough weddings for a bulk arrangement to matter, tell us at hello@scanandsnap.com. It would help shape what we build.
The practical details clients ask about
Guests don't need an app, and iPhone and Android both work. Uploads carry on after a dropped connection, which helps with country venues. Paid albums have videos, original quality and a ZIP, and stay online for a year. Knowing these answers saves a phone call. You can also send clients our sign wording guide.
Questions
Can I brand albums with my company name?
Not at the moment. The album shows the couple's event name and Scan & Snap's standard design. You can put your QR code on your own signs and stationery.
Do you pay a commission or referral fee?
There's no published referral scheme. Get in touch at hello@scanandsnap.com if you'd like to talk about working together.
