Sports club photos from every sideline
Every match has a parent with a good phone and a clear view. A QR code at the clubhouse means those photos reach the club's social media instead of disappearing into a camera roll.
How it works
- Create your event. Give it a name and a date. It takes under a minute, and you don't need a password or a card.
- Share the QR code. Print the free table cards, add the code to your invitations, or drop the link in a group chat.
- Guests scan and upload. They open the page in their phone's browser and pick their photos. No app, no sign-up.
- See every photo in one place. Browse the album from your dashboard. Paid plans add videos, a ZIP of everything and a live slideshow.
Recommended setup
- Plan
- Free for one match or a small awards night. Event Pro (€29 once) for a tournament, a season or videos.
- Album setting
- Upload-only if juveniles are playing, so that only the club's PRO can browse.
- Where to put the code
- The clubhouse door, the tea hut, the team WhatsApp and the match programme.
- Who runs it
- Your club PRO or the children's officer, following your club's safeguarding rules.

Great shot from the sideline? Send it to the club. Scan here to add your photos. Only the club sees them, and we'll check before posting.
A free album is deleted 7 days after you create it, so upgrade before printing anything ahead of time. Compare plans.

Juvenile teams: check the rules first
If the players are under 18, follow your club's and governing body's safeguarding and photography rules, and ask parents for permission before anything goes on club social media. Use upload-only so that other parents can't see what's been added. The club's PRO or children's officer should hold the dashboard link. There's no approval queue, so they'll need to check each photo themselves.
A steady supply of club content
Create an album for each big occasion: the county final, a tournament, a blitz, the club dinner. A Pro album gives your PRO the originals, which helps as photos taken from the far side of a pitch often need cropping. Adding the uploader's name also lets you credit parents when you post a photo, which encourages them to send more.
Awards nights and fundraisers
The clubhouse dinner is the easiest place to start, as most guests are adults and everybody has their phone out. With Big Event, a live slideshow on the clubhouse TV is a good way to get people involved. If you're running a fundraiser, see our fundraiser page.
Questions
Can we use one album for a whole season?
You can, as a paid album stays open for a year. Many clubs would be better off creating separate albums for big events, so that they're easier to go through.
Do parents need to sign up?
No. They scan the code or tap the link, and they can add their name if they'd like the credit.
